Booking Conditions and Cancellations

Minimum Nights Stay

  • Minimum of 2 night bookings on all accommodation all year round. One night bookings (last minute) only accepted when booked within 7 days of arrival.
  • Minimum of 3 night bookings on all accommdation and powered sites over long weekends.
  • Minimum of 4 night bookings over the Easter and Christmas Period on all accommodation and powered sites.
  • Minimum of 2 night bookings on premium powered ensuite sites all year round.

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits will be refunded only if you notify the park at least 21 days prior to your arrival date. No refund of deposits if you provide the park less than 21 days notice. All refunds are subject to a $50 administration fee.
  • Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
  • All cancellations must be in writing direct with the park or for online reservations - see below.

Pet Policy
Lap dogs are allowed with own caravan, campervan or bus and selected park accommodation (outside room) at the discretion of management. No pets allowed on premium powered ensuite sites. Management has the right to disapprove any pets at their descretion. Conditions apply.

Payment Type
Cash, Bank Card or VISA Accepted on arrival. NO cheques, Diners Cards and American Express Cards accepted.
